Product Introduction
Coal seam gas pressure serves as the driving force for gas emission and outburst, and is also an indicator of the gas content in the coal seam. Accurately measuring gas pressure is crucial for effectively and rationally formulating gas control measures in mines and predicting the risk of coal and gas outbursts. Currently, most domestic coal mines use solid materials such as clay and cement mortar for borehole sealing to measure pressure. This method is generally effective when the rock formation in the sealing section is hard and dense. However, when the sealing section consists of soft sandstone or when micro-fractures exist around the borehole, the solid sealing materials fail to tightly seal the fractures around the borehole, leading to gas leakage and unsatisfactory sealing results. The measured gas pressure value is lower than the actual gas pressure in the coal seam, which can lead to incorrect technical judgments and cause accidents.

Equipped with an accumulator for energy storage, and an outlet check valve combined with a high-pressure shut-off valve for dual pressure retention.

Utilizes a "capsule expansion-mucus sealing-capsule expansion" dual sealing effect to enhance the sealing of fractures in the borehole surrounding rock, thereby improving overall quality, reducing gas leakage channels, and increasing the accuracy of gas pressure testing.
The equipment's sealing mechanism allows for expansion and retraction, replacing traditional cement grout sealing processes, enabling reuse and reducing gas pressure testing costs.
Added pressurized energy storage tank enables automatic pressure replenishment for the capsule sealing device, improving testing continuity and sealing quality.
The borehole testing system is equipped with a three-way connector, allowing for both active pressure measurement and passive gas pressure natural recovery dual testing methods.
